It has been said that there is power in the words that we speak. It is up to each of us to decide how we use those words. We can choose to use our words to lift others up or we can use them to tear others down. It is a conscious decision that we all make every single day of our lives. When we choose to lift others up with our words, we bring peace to not only the lives of others, but to our own lives, and eventually the world.

For almost a year now, I have been writing quotes to accompany this blog. The quotes are inspired by my journey to peace, and I hope that they have brought peace to others.
